THANKS!
WOW!  I've had so much help with this file it's hard to know where to start thanking everybody.  Take a look at the websites below.  They're awesome!  To everyone listed right (and anyone I've forgotten to mention) a great big THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.  When I first began this file in July 2000 I had no idea it would grow so large (over 1MB at present), for this I have all my contributors to thank.  You guys are awesome! :)  This file is public domain.  Please distribute it to anyone you know who would enjoy paging through it.  You'll notice nothing is 'protected.'  Feel free to change anything around to better suit your viewing (colours, etc).  Anyway, I'm rambling (again) I hope you enjoy this.  If you have any trivia send it my way.  A big shout out to all my friends around the world.  Keep the whole world singing! :)   Grady Kerr For pushing me to expand this file and giving me a plethora of info.  Thanks! :)
